Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was a nice surprise with the terrace/balcony being a wonderful addition, and I appreciated the simple yet tasteful decor. However, it took a room change after the first night to get to a much better one. The service was a bit hit or miss; while the supervisors were very professional in directing their staff, they were not very forthcoming with basic information. The location was good overall, especially being in front of the beach, but the lack of a 4-star appearance for both the hotel and the pool was noticeable. The dining offered a mix of highs and lows, with some well-prepared dishes but also some inconsistencies like left-over items from the previous night's dinner for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, but an additional fee for the safe was a downside. The hotel offers fantastic rooms with balcony, comfortable beds, a great shower, and daily cleaning. Its proximity to the main hotel, restaurant, and pool, just a minute away, and a two-minute walk to the beach and promenade is a major plus.
